People.com is reporting that Jay-Z & Beyonce have taken out a marriage license in Scarsdale, NY. The license which is good for 60 days could signal a marital union between the hip-hop royalty couple.

It is true he asked her sister Solange for some advice and i guess they went looking for a RING last week. Her pops wants her to marry him and so does most of his buisness partners.
