According to MSNBC’s The Scoop MC and NC plan to have another “more public” wedding boasting a $4-million dollar budget with up to 2,000 guests and 14 bridesmades sometime in the next two months in New York City.
Ashton Kutcher will probably preside over the ceremonies……….
