After posting his vote on Ebay (who’s getting in all the trouble these days) for a starting bid of $10 the Minnesota college student was charged with one count of bribery, treating and soliciting under an 1893 state law that makes it a crime to offer to buy or sell a vote and now he faces up to 5 years and a $10,000 fine.
