Flint, Michigan Police Chief David Dicks wants it to continue to be a crime to “sag” your pants…in his city wearing your pants low enough so that your boxers are exposed is punishable by 93 days to a year in jail and fines of up to $500. The first time you’re caught it’s a $150 fine. Now the ACLU is getting involved to see if this is a violation of civil rights (what are those).

Common sense or not, rocking your pants down low does not violate or infringe on any one else’s rights.. so how exactly is this a crime? Its only indecent exposure if your bare naked ass is being shown. How can we allow such communisitic government dictaction go on right under our noses? Free expression is what America was built on. We are so into our everyday lives that we don’t even realize how drastically the country we live in is changing. I can only imagine what other laws will be passed if this law is allowed to stay in effect.
