We’re not big fans of the soaps so imagine our surprise today when we looked up and saw former America’s Next Top Model star Eva Marcille Pigford playing a character named Tyra Hamilton (figures, huh) on the top rated daytime show. According to Eva in a recent interview “[Tyra] had a daughter at a very young age. We’re from Seattle and I kind of fell on hard times and now I’ve moved to Genoa City, where my only family is Devon. I come there trying to seek refuge… and there’s drama.” Anybody been watching this eating Cheez Doodles that can tell us how she’s doing?
So Eva and Toccara Jones are the only ANTM’s with a viable career….???
If so, who’s going to last for the long haul?

Tocarra is doin big things, shes even in the groundbreaking issue of ” Black Italia ” VOGUE EDITION, which was selling like hotcakes, so much so that they had to print 10k copies more. Yaya was doing many commercials, ads and runway shows also, so these 3 are doin big things. Life dont get it twisted. Eva looks beautiful here.

Yupm, Ya-Ya is on All my Children just about every episode. Also, Ann from the season with Ya-Ya, Eva, and Toccara is one of the most successful runway models. theLIFE do your homework!??

Okay, you asked for what’s going on? Here’s a catch up (from the beginning).
Tyra and Ana arrive at Lily’s party. Neil is suspicious of why she’s there. He finds out she has good intentions and offers her a job at Indigo, which she accepts. Tyra discloses that Ana is actually Yolanda’s daughter, and Devon’s sister. Ana and Devon sing at a Gala thrown by Sabrina and Victoria, and the first signs of Tyra’s attraction to Neil is shown. Later, Ana finds out about Yolanda being her mother before Tyra can tell her and she decides not to forgive her for hiding this from her. Mrs. Chansler, who has witnessed Ana’s amazing singing talent at the Gala, offers to pay for Ana’s tuition at a music school. Ana thinks that Tyra doesn’t love her and wants to ship her away, so Tyra goes with her to the school (in New Hampshire).
I didn’t see the next part involving the two. Apparently, Ana didn’t like the school and ran away? She came back to Genoa city. Tyra found her and they were going to return to Seattle, but Devon, Neil, and Ana pestered her into changing her mind. She got her job at Indigo back. While still at Indigo (where she found Ana), Tyra finds out from Devon that Karen moved back in with Neil and the news appears to agitate her. She and Ana later moves in Lily and Devon.
Apparently there was an altercation at Indigo and Tyra called the police? The policeman that came was instantly enamoured with her.
At Crimson Lights, Tyra, Ana, and a group of Ana’s friends are about to go trick-or-treating. Neil arrives, and so does the policeman. He begins to flirt with Tyra, while Neil looks on, obviously jealous. The policeman says something along the lines of “Ana can’t possibly be your daughter” and he seems to mean that as a compliment. But this comment makes the entire group (Karen, Neil, Tyra) flinch. Tyra appears to be extremely agitated and paranoid when the policeman leaves.
Later on, at Indigo, Devon, Tyra, and Neil swarm on Ana and her Halloween candy. As they play, Olivia and Karen talk about the fact that Karen can’t have children because of a hysterectomy. Karen tells Olivia that she told Neil about it and shares that she fears Neil was lying to her when he said he didn’t mind because he didn’t want to hurt her. She seems to want him to choose someone else so he can have a child that is actually his. Olivia tells Karen about the chemistry between Neil and Drew, and Karen looks over Olivia’s shoulder and notices the exact same chemistry between Tyra and Neil.
The policeman comes back and asks Tyra out. She accepts, and Neil glares at them from across the room.
