There’s so much controversy surrounding that 7th victory, but hey he has those golds around his neck and he added to the American medal count.

Half you fools could give a damn about being American don’t become patriotic because it’s the OLYMPICS….Acting like there’s an unsaid rule about speaking on PAID athletes. And when will adults stop using the word hating when referring to someone who has a difference of opinion? Yes Phelps clearly bested everyone in his field, but there was and is controversy surrounding his victory in his 7th race.
nujer, the only controversy going on in the olympics are the chinese gymnasts age and the VERY suspect judges. Other than that Mr. Phelps is a man among boys and no one can catch him in the water….not even a effing dolphin.
As far as the comment goes of “being patriotic because its the olympics” thats silly to say because thats one of the MAIN points of the olympics. To bring countries together and make people feel patriotic when they normally don’t. If you’re normally not patriotic and are during the olympics..GOOD! That’s what having the best olympian in the history of the world being from your country does! No 12 yr old chinese gymnast pretending to be 16 and no crooked judging can take that away. that’s right MP reppin that DMV!!! And so what if the victory was controversial or not. Did he win?? It was a photo finish, they reviewed it and determined he won. Even the guy who lost withdrew the appeal after viewing the tape.

But, I dig what Phelps did, and watching the interviews made me feel
his accomplishment that much more.
He basically said the bullies, bitches, and bastards all wanna roll now,

And big ups to the U.S. women Nastia Luikin, Shawn Johnson and Alicia Sacramone kicked ass. Nastia was robbed of her gold medal, and so was Shawn, and Alicia was robbed of her bronze medal becuz those crooked azz Chinese kept cheating with there toddler azz gymnasts !!!!!!!!!!!
One minor thing to add… Phelps is going to be on Kellogg’s boxes (Corn Flakes and Frosted Flakes), not Wheaties.
