Don’t dig the music, appreciate the concept, but her voice is all over the place.

Lol. she tries way to hard to be “different” and this video made her look so dumb and she spilt the family beans, not that WE ALL didn’t know already but she just confirmed for the ones who still werent sure that Jay & Bey are in fact married!! :)

She’s too rude….there’s tact and then there’s no class. She’s the latter!

She sounds really drunk, and not perfessional at all. No matter how hard she try’s she will always be B’s little sister. If some one didnt know who she was, all they have to say is “She’s Beyonces little sister”. Your right anonymous, shes trying to hard. She was very rude, shes not ready for the entertainment world, people are going to say more harsh things then that. Her sister needs to teach her a few things about the business. And by the way her music sucks butt.

THE PEOPLE IN THE STUDIO WERE TALKING ABOUT THE CLOSING OF THE 40/40 CLUB IN LAS VEGAS. DURING THE COMMERCIAL BRAKE THE REPORTER AND OTHER STAFF MEMBERS WERE TALKING AND MAKING JOKES ABOUT JAY Z AND SOLOANGE HEARD IT. THATS WHY SHE WAS SO MAD.

She does have a rather straightforward approach however i would not characterize it as rude – what happens all too often with interviews done remotely is that the satellite transmission causes delays – Obviously something was said that struck Solange the wrong way and she mistakenly thought taping had begun.

I didnt hear any mentions of her being upset about a comparison to B but moreso discontent with a comment she thought was made about her “brother in law”

She’s not the most vivacious or chariamatic interviewee – but may have to chaulk that up to her not being a morning person or just not being that great of an interview – she wouldnt be the first celeb who aint that great at it.

I think we see B out and about and on interviews and she’s got that always cheerful, polite, southern Belle thing down pact – I think we see B and we expect Solange to be the same way but that are in fact two different people. i dont think this 3 min interview constitues boycotting her album – I will say that she may just need to get some more tenure in the media spotlight and some more grooming from her publicist

As for the album – can also appreciate the concept – thinks its unique for sure and she’s taking a risk on it that could prove to return very favorably – The first single is catchy – a toe tapper for sure but not what I would call a hit. Im not totally into her sound but something about it does grab me – i think I have to hear more from her to relly judge

um ….i have seen a lot of interviews were beyonce’ hasn’t always been the most kind and cheerful person. Honestly if you heard somebody talking about your family, you would have stood up for that and been pissed, some of yall need to get off that high horse and come back to reality.

Danni, i agree with what you’re saying… but all she had to do was say, “oh, Jay Z club shut down? I haven’t heard anything about that.” Or the universal passover approach of, “no comment”.

Yes, to a previous posters reply, she lacks tact. You can’t let them see you lose your cool, especially on live television. You’re trying to reach out to an audience, for all we know, may have thought about copping her album but are repulsed by her actions during the interview (i’m assuming since white people make up a huge chunk of urban music sales today, she could have just shot herself in the foot w/ that debacle).

We can blame it on inexperience or personality, either way, these types of instances should never break ground. It’s embarassing. I know she probably doesn’t care, but her apologizing w/ that youtube clip says a ton about her incident and she is quick to redeem herself – or atleast, her a&r/record peeps know she fukked up and pressed it upon her (if not, she will lose that potential audience i was talking bout earlier).

It’s all a clusterfukk right now and i see her being a rut she will have to work extremely hard to dig herself out of…

Real talk.
