He needs to hire an extensive staff of fact checkers because there is so much bureaucratic bullshit that goes on in the healthcare, city,and urban planning, and eductaion. In order to fix the plethora of issues this country is facing and faces he willl need staff that can fact check all the procedures involved when it comes to the aforementioned.
