America is built on fakeness. The most popular type of tv show (reality shows) are 100% fake, you just got rid of having a fake president for 8 years, MOST “gangster” rappers are FAKE. And if they are real gangsters then they are usually in it just for the hustle. And that is what 50 is.
People have to realize this is an artform and not just a hustle. If you treat it like a hustle you need endless talent otherwise your hustle will flop. I personally don’t think hardly any of these nowadays rappers should be millionaires!
I could care less about 50 or kanye…..50′s music has been bad and I dont care what Kanye says or anyone else 808′s sucked to me…he jacked t-pains style and used it for a whole album, and he was singing the whole time. The best song on 808′s was Amazing with Jeezy and Jeezy shined without using Autotune.
As far as what Kanye is talking about. Personally as a straight man, I dont think my style of dress needs to be coming from a Gay man. Whatever happened to a “normal” straight dude dressing his damn self or at least not having to dress like how a gay men dresses just to be considered stylish. This is the divide that is happening….50 is gangsta, Kanye is the opposite, but what about dudes like me that live in the grey area between 50 and Kanye.
