Pharrell, but it depends on one’s personal taste. Kanye is a little too much and yes, P is too at times, though I find him a lot more stylistic when it comes to his casual wear. And Kanye has admitted deeply that Pharrell is a huge influence on his own style. So yeah, Pharrell wins.

Pharrell because he doesn’t try as hard its real natural for him he doesn’t even talk about it much. Kanye is dope but Pharrell is hard to beat he didnt even get credit for bringing back the trucker hat.
