Hate him, or Love him – Kobe Bryant is GREAT! He now holds the record for most points scored in a game at Madison Square Garden in NYC.

Congratulations!!!

Gunning in the 4th quarter when you’re up double digits will do that.

I’m just saying, yea he’s nice, but Jordan put those kinds of numbers up when he needed to. They were up 12 or 14 when he was at 50, he just decided to go for MJ’s record.

Stop hating. Who wouldn’t go for the record at the Garden. He had a hot hand.

I’ll hate all I want. He doesn’t make his team better. I’ll take Lebron or CP3 any day.

THE MAN IS PURE GREATNESS PERIOD !!!
WHAT AMAZES ME MOST ABOUT HIM IS HIS ABILITY TO HIT SHOTS IN AWKWARD POSITIONS !!! HE’S JUST THAT GREAT !!!

Johnny is an idiot that obviously doesnt know shit about basketball. If a dude is hott, why stop shooting. Its the Knicks job to stop him not his job to let up because he’s up double digits. Maybe thats why the knicks are where there at right now

You calling people names, JSTAR??? Obviously you should put me in my place basketball guru. Of course it’s the Knicks job to stop him. My point is, you play PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL. There’s a difference between winning a game, and just padding stats(which your boy is notorious for, i.e. no one should EVER have to score 81 points). The game was won when he was at 48 points. The game was won when he was at 52 points. Kobe plays with a great team. Kobe’s a great player, but still didn’t need 61 last night. That’s all I’m saying. He was on fire, and no one could stop him. I’d still rather have Lebron or CP3 because they make their TEAMS better.

Well maybe phil jackson should have taken him out. Dont blame him because he shot over 60%. I remember a couple years back when the rockets were down double digits with 35 seconds and tmac scored 13 points to win the game. You play till the whistle ends not when your up by 15 with 4 minutes to go. Jordan would have done the same thing, oh yea and your boy Lebron did the same shit last year when he scored 50 after being up double digits. Whats the difference?
