Sources close to Rihanna are saying that Chris Brown reached out to the singer for her 21st birthday and also sent her a diamond necklace while his mom sent her a bouquet of flowers. Looks like C.Breezy is trying to patch things up…even though the assault photo spurned a lot of negative publicity for him last week.
