JLo and hubby Marc Anthony have filed a $5 million lawsuit against Silver Cross a high end stroller company that used images of the couple looking at little Emme in her Silver Cross stroller. The couple filed the federal lawsuit on Wednesday stating the use of the image “has caused irreparable damage to both Lopez’s and Anthony’s public images.”
Sounds like somebody didn’t want to cut the check….but will now be forced too…

Irrepairable damages??? Bull!!!! How many people even knew they were featured in ads for this company until this law suit came out!! In fact the only thing I recall of the Lopezs with these strollers was during their people magazine shoot where they were paid a ridiculous amount of money to showcase their not so cute twins!!! And now they want more!

if u use people´s images without authorization, be prepared to be sued. thats the free world.
