Wow. Yeah I didn’t know it was non emergency number to dial either. But it don’t make a different, sometimes when you call 911 with an emergency they treat it like its not. So I guess it don’t matter what number you call. But tell me this, where was she suppose to get the phone book from in McDonalds to call the non emergency number? Because dialing 411 and wasting $1.79 would have been out of the question.

Millions of people have no idea what the non emergency number is and truth be told…had the 911 operator had any customer service skills she would’ve given it to her. REAL TALK!
Oh and @ Nujer…she was having a dispute over a 5 dollar value meal at McDonald’s so of course she doesn’t have money to spare for 411. Hell I wouldn’t call 411 either. As I stated the 911 operator should have directed her call properly as this was a legitimate dispute.
