According to reports Mariah and Nick are about to shell about more than a lifetime to live in the “world’s most expensive estate” a 15-bedroom, 16-bathroom 41,000-square foot, 5-acre Saperstein Estate in Holmby Hills, CA. The home features Italian marble walls, French limestone floors, gold-embossed leather wall coverings, gold-leaf crown moldings, a 650 person ballroom, two kitchens and a screening room that seats 50 people. There’s also a 3,000 foot guest house, staff quarters, a spa, a tennis court, 9-car garage, private track and pretty much everything else we don’t have at our house yet. The couple have recently made an undisclosed offer for this home if this rumor is true.
The home was named after Suzanne Saperstein the ex-wife of billionaire David Saperstein who made his fortune when he sold his radio station, Westwood One, in 1999 for $1.25 billion in stock.
