Watch as Florida Judge Ian Richards leaps over his bench to grab a domestic violence suspect who just had his handcuffs removed and sprinted over to the female witness that just testified against him. Instead of just domestic violence the suspect is now charged with resisting arrest and domestic battery since he did end up hitting her a couple times before court officials intervened.
