Michael Harold Lynch of Oregon was so upset he got a speeding ticket for doing 54 mph in a 35 mph area that was also a construction zone, when he received the $204 ticket he decided to pay for it in all change. Did we mentioned it was some change he put in a bag and urinated on?
Anyhow, surprisingly Michael was not arrested and will still be allowed to pay the ticket after authorities returned the change saying “the pile of coins emitted a strong, pungent odor of stale urine.”
Don’t try this at home. Might not be so lucky….
