Yes I will be tuning in, as I enjoyed the first episode very much.
I watched Jill Scott’s new series and I didn’t expect to like it but I did. I’ll be watching next week.
I enjoyed it, but was half watching it. Will watch next week to get a better grasp
I thought it was pretty entertaining. I did not know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. We will see how well it does. Most shows with an all black cast don’t do well on regular network television, so I think it will be even harder to have a hit on pay television. Hopefully people will support it.
I thought it was a great first episode. I hope it really does well on HBO. I know that Africa has its huge share of social issues and injustices but it is good to see another side of Africa. To see people who actually work and have businesses, and who smile; it shows that a brighter side of Africa does exist and its not just “the dark continent”.
WAIT, I didn’t know it came on already! I’ll have to check it out!
I’m brasilian. my family and I loved that serie, because we are full of “american type”. Congratulations African people, you have a lot of culture to show the rest of the world
