babydoll 04/15/2009 at 3:25 PM: I can’t believe how SHALLOW people are. She’s not very attractive, so folks laugh and think she can’t sing? Then she has a great voice and they praise her because I guess ugly people can’t sing? Woooow. The NBC segment was just an insult to watch. I think brits just might be as bad as americans……ugh and thats bad.

Y 04/16/2009 at 5:24 AM: @ babydoll, I don’t think its down to people being shallow, but rather what we’re used to seeing on these shows. SO often it is the stereotypical fat unattractive person these shows present to us to laugh at. So naturally we make assumptions.
