I have been wearing MBT’s for approximately 3 years now. I have greatly benefitted by wearing them daily all day. I have recently joined a hiking group and was searching for a good hiking shoe. I did not want a tie shoe so ordered the Nama model. It is not a good choice for a hiking shoe but I needed a good MBT dress shoe so kept them. I seldom wear my old dress shoes as my feet are happier in my MBT shoes
