I will be the first one to say Dame is an arrogant asshole, and in any other business setting, I would agree with every one, but not this time. Dame was upset dam jam was having a meeting behind his back about one of his artists. Could he have handled it better yes, but sometimes in the momemnt u dont come off well, but does tht mean ur message is any different
I don’t believe he was completly wrong. His a approach was really wild and hood but it would have been the same for any other white executive except he wouldn’t have cursed. I think his job was to protect his investment and his artist, its sad what has happened to him, I wish him the best and I do believe he will rise to the top again cause its in him to do great things.
