In other news congratulations to Rick Ross who topped the Soundscan charts this week with 157,544 copies of his Deeper Than Rap topping his labelmate Jadakiss who’s still selling nicely. Hip hop newcomer Asher Roth came in at number 5 on the charts with 61,888 copies sold. We’ve heard both albums and they’re about equal on the satisfactory ear candy meter.
