QUESTION: DOES T.I. STILL HAVE TO SERVE TIME OR HAVE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS BEEN MADE?
I belive he has to serve 366 days still. Serving more than a year gives him the opportunity to get out earlier for good behavior (if I understood correctly), hence the extra day.
I meant to say having a SENTENCE that is more than a year, gives him the opportunity………
