Tom Hanks’s new movie we actually wanted to see finished at number one this weekend but didn’t reach the $77 million the original religous thriller bought home.  Sure he gets his check regardless….

Tom Hanks is a Union Buster and a Greedy producer 05/30/2009 at 3:40 PM

Tom Hanks is an absolute traitor in my opinion. He endorses a “yes” vote on the tv/theatrical contract with SAG that absolutely hurts the working class actor and their families and futures. He only is behind it because he is a greedy producer who no longer needs to rely upon the guideposts and rules set out for the working class actor. Raking in $50 million + per picture, no contributions to Pension & Health means nothing to him. He hasn’t the cajones to go out on a limb for others … he has money to be made and he needs it badly so that he can feed his children and make his mortgage payments.

His kind of arrogance not only turns me off enough not to see any more of his lousy films with his ugly face but to actually boycott those films he is now financing as a self-serving producer.

Tom Hanks is no longer human but a robot whose only agenda is to make as much money for media conglomerates at everyone else’s expenses. Thanks for busting apart our union, Tom. Our SAG forefathers would surely be heaping dirt upon your name if they could.
