APTOPIX Obama

We all need a favor from Barack, but c’mon he is the President that means give him 10 feet – at least!  AP reports:

Secret Service personnel remove Brenda Lee from near Air Force One after Lee attempted to give President Obama a letter.  A reporter for a small newspaper was forcibly removed from a press area near Air Force One shortly before President Barack Obama arrived at Los Angeles International Airport to depart California early Thursday.

Secret Service personnel remove Brenda Lee from near Air Force One after Lee attempted to give President Obama a letter, Thursday May 28, 2009, at LAX.  Airport security officers carried the woman away by the feet and arms as she protested her removal.

She later identified herself as Brenda Lee, a writer for the Georgia Informer in Macon and said she has White House press credentials.  Lee said in a telephone interview with The Associated Press that she wanted to hand Obama a letter urging him “to take a stand for traditional marriage.”

She said she asked a Secret Service agent to give the president her letter, but he refused and referred her to a White House staffer. Lee said she refused to give the staffer the letter.  “I said, ‘I’ll take my chances if (the president) comes by here,’” said Lee…

WHY WHY WHY are Black folks going so crazy over gay marriage? You are making us look like stupid, hateful, hill billies! Every time i read the newspaper or turn on the TV, its another Black face in a church preaching hate and intolerance. Get over it! The President has better things to do then to be worried about two lezbos or fags getting married! Why? Cause its not going to hurt anyone at ALL! How bout we help young African American Men go to and stay in College. How bout we worry about HIV/AIDS killing off our communities. How bout we help the poor, unemployed members of our churches get a job! NO! We need to be up in arms about a NON issue.

She got just what she deserved based on her unprofessional conduct. If the Secret Service agents refused to accept her letter to give to President Obama, she should have accepted that. They gave her another option .. to give the letter to a White House Aide, yet she refused. Each member of the Obama Administration and White House staff have a specific protocols that they must adhere to. You can’t just hand President Obama mail. ALL mail is screened and irradiated on an off-site location prior to it ever reaching the White House. The Secret Service is there for his protection, not to deliver uninspected mail for her. They are not required to give explanations. Since she insisted upon acting like a retarded ignorant idiot their first priority is to remove any and all potential threats to the President. Simply removing her was a kindness. They could have arrested her silly behind.

P.S. Thank you Secret Service Agents for taking EVERY precaution to protect OUR President from all weirdos. You were absolutely correct to become suspicious of this woman when she refused a reasonable alternative to give her letter to the White House aide. Her claim of being a “Catholic High Priestess” should have also raised your antennas because there is no such position in the Catholic Church. You guys are on your J.O.B. and we do appreciate it!
