After finally winning custody of Malawian orphan Mercy James last week Madonna had her nanny travel to Malawi catch a private jet to South Africa and then catch the first flight to Heathrow on Saturday. Mercy will jump into the media circus with Madonna’s other children Lourdes (12) Rocco (8) and three year old David who was also adopted from Malawi.
