I’m feelin it already. and 40 is NOT the new 20. Jay better NEVER say that. Hell 40 was never the 30!

I am a huge jay-z fan, but honestly after the passing of MJ and listening to all of his classics, music now seems so BLAH………….

personally i like this song, but it isn’t gonna take off further than where it is right now. the hook is lame and there’s no auto tone anywhere in the song to save it
this crusade is kind of sketchy to top it all off

BGAS 06/28/2009 at 12:54 AM

lol @Cobbler for saying that
No autotune to save the song… that’s messed up

I agree though that this song don’t need a video, but if you are going to do it, make it artsy or something. let kayne do it

and the blowing up the AutoTunes board… anybody reconize that? I’ll give you a hint: The Want Efx

BET Awards going to be off the chain

Been thought the track was heat, but Jay is a distracting dude visually. Dude never was quite comfortable in his own skin, let alone the threads he rocks.

Personally, this song wont be the death of autotune. since when has Jay become the father of rap? The man can’t pass the torch for shit in the world!!! I was never a fan of his work, but I will say the man is talented. IDK, what to think about this situation. Whatever Jay…

oooh alof of ppl say they dont like Jay but take time out of their precious lives to watch a trailer for a song they claim to not like then click and post negatives comments about a video to a song and an artist they dont like….thats a lot of liking just to say you dont like someone.

Gee:

I respectfully and emphatically disagree. Jay could never see Nas. Even Jay knows that. Lyrically, artistically, Nas has been “the Smooth Criminal on beat breaks” — thus, our Hip-Hop generations Michael Jackson.

Yeah I said it!

Creatively, nothing’s been the same since his debut. Every rapper’s been influenced by Nas, and creatively he is the barometer for greatness.

Thriller is to R&B/Pop to what Illmatic is and will always be to Hip-Hop.

Bottom fucking line.
