It was settled out of court??? That out of court settlement means nothing. This wasn’t a car accident! It was a criminal case and the state MUST prosecute if they have enough evidence to prove that a crime was committed. The charges were dropped in the first trial and he was acquitted in the second. Like it or not, there is no conclusive proof that he ever sexually abused anyone.
