Rhino-hanna should apologize for throwing out the keys of a rental car, that became lost.

Dumb bitch, that didn’t help the matter.

Can’t sing anyway

Reply

Trish 07/20/2009 at 6:02 PM

I agree with Anonymous. Definitely a teleprompter. Shit don’t sound heartfelt to me but hey I guess at least he put it out there. You know his ass tryna save his career!

Reply

Kmark 07/20/2009 at 6:07 PM

You would save your career to if that was your bread maker.

people are so fake on this board. Or just don’t think.

Reply

Trish 07/20/2009 at 6:14 PM

I would try to save my career with a genuine apology and not a fucking speechwriter. So spare me.

Reply

Keedar 07/20/2009 at 6:21 PM

He’ll be forgiven, but I think the damage is already done. The public has formulated their opinions and moved on. Only time will tell how much damage he’s done to his career.

I accept your apology Chris, Drake asslickers….Die(that lame bastard)!!! Anyway Chris and Rihanna both SUCK!!!

THIS GUY IS LIKE RONALD MCDONALD. SAME THING, LOOK AT HIS OLD PICS AND THINK OF WHAT HE DID.

So his PR co. is going to be checking all these boards to gauge their progress. THEY THINK WE ARE A DUMB, UNSUSPECTING PUBLIC WHO CAN BE EASILY MANIPULATED.

1) stop looking at the teleprompter, look at the screen

2) a genuine apology does not look BLATANTLY rehearsed

3) No, you have not spent the last while thinking, you’ve been seen riding around on the water or on your little tike bike

4) The 1:50 mark SHOWS where you re-cut the footage- VERY GENUINE

5) You have only demonstrated one thing- you are NOT SORRY and you could care less.

ALL you and the rest of the people who make money off you want is to have you back in business= $$$$. Well guess what? NO THANKS.

6) DRAKE’S THE BEST.

yaw people are worse than racist people toward blacks condemning dude for a mistake that he made let dude get his life back on track and he does something against then we can judge him for his mistake but damn if ol girl is living life like normal he moved on why cant anybody that didn’t have shit to do with it move on as well

Reply

well its a start but i agree the damage is done already. well see how much support he has when he releases his next song or album

a lot of you people are idiots and don’t know how America works. Everyone from the President down has someone who writes their on-air words for them. Of course he was reading, you have to do that or you leave things out. Any of yal ever did a presentation at school with no Q cards?? Its the same thing. And although what he did was wrong, this is America and we ride you until the next star makes a big mistake. Look at Ray Lewis, part of a murder Trial and then he covers madden. Look at Kobe, went from the man to being hated to the face of the league again. Once CB does his MJ performance at the MTV awards he will get a lot of fans back, not all but enough to have him survive for a very long time.

seems like bullshit but dude was young and is a learning experience but hes should learn the consequences like other people but because hes famous he got off easily which is bullshit, i mean i probably will never buy his music anyways but still dont really care for him anymore shit didnt look real and dude need to seek help not partying it up like hes been doing for 5 months.

Chris brown will be alright! Not condoning what he did is correct but Rhianna need to come out and read her cue cards also because she is def not all innocent. She played her part too and its not all victim!

Reply

teena 07/20/2009 at 9:59 PM

i believe we have all moved on from this incident and arent even really looking back anymore. it was good that he finally did address it, but as all of you said it did not seem heart felt. but i believe people have their own concieved opinion on the situation and although i have gotten over it i would never support someone who could do such a thing.

Trish….

obviously you don’t know nothing about the business. All talent sometime and place write out what they need to say. To make sure they cover all their grounds.

The brother is on probation for 5 years. What else do you want the guy to do? He messes up once he will behind bars.

Good-grief Charlie Brown

Reply

Trish 07/20/2009 at 10:33 PM

Listen Chris Brown is not 15 ok he is a grown ass man who beat down his girlfriend. You can write a heart felt apology yourself and if they have to clean up a few grammatical errors so be it. That’s a REAL apology. One that someone on the other hand specifically writes for you to read is no different than a script! He doesn’t need a teleprompter if its coming from the heart. And who doesn’t like that, well tough. And comparing Chris Brown to the fucking President is the dumbest shit I ever heard!!!

Reply

theman 07/20/2009 at 11:28 PM

Well its good that he did it overall, but its just so late. This could either help sorta or totally just be the end be all sorta speak. I mean one apologies are always great, which is a plus for him, however it did sound rehearsed and u could obviously tell. It was’nt very fluid and it seemed as tho he was reading it just to help himself. On another note bringing this back up only refreshes the publics mind about what had transpired. So that could be the not so positive advantage for Chris.

i am very proud of chris…he is openly admitting his mistake instead of bashing rihanna and making excuses…he is accepting full responsibility and his true fans know that what he did was a mistake and in due time he can revamp his career…celebrities have done worse and they were forgiven and given a chance to redeem themselves so he should be treated no different. As far as rihanna is concerned, it takes two to tango, she had a part in this too but she realizes that playing the victim is a lot easier than accepting her responsibility in the matter…typical female move (i should know, i’m a female)…

Come on man some of u guys are really hard on him he said what he had to say who care if somedody wrote it 4 him at least he sais something so just leave him alone. If that whole situation would never happened u guys would not be on his back like that. He did wrong he apologize so he realize what he did. Anyways the person he had to apologize too, he did it already and that was rihanna so just let it go people !!! Move on man !!!

Fool's Gold 07/21/2009 at 6:18 AM

I think it’s time to move on. He has said he’s sorry. Even though he didn’t do any time he sure has gotten his punishment by not getting a dime since February. Let that man sing. Everyone makes mistakes but it’s the ones that are socially unnacceptable that people can’t seem to come back from (Michael Vick) and we need to stand behind them and show support.

I’m glad he officially apologized but IMO its too late… he waited too long and he’s really being labeled an abuser vs a young kid that made a bad mistake.
I understand he had the trial to figure out but she didn’t beat herself up… he should have pled guilty from the start … the flip flopping made it seem like he couldn’t admit to his mistakes/wrong doing.
One action shouldn’t label you for the rest of your life but he’s made a really bad impression that’s gonna last for a while.

hes a punk ass bitch. What kind of pussy hits a woman? I dont care if shes wooping your ass, a man NEVER hits a girl or woman…a boy might but a man NEVER does. I hope and pray his career is over. He needs to pay and a message needs to be sent that we as an american public will not accept losers like this. I hope he flops so hard he hurts like she did that night.

Vengance is the Lord’s. There is no need to wish anything on anyone because the Lord’s will take care of this situation as he sees fit.

Wood 07/21/2009 at 7:32 AM

Maybe Rihanna did her part, but damn she wasn’t the one on trial for a Felony assault. To imply that she needs to apologize is crazy. He needed to acknowledge his actions, he did. Whether he bounces back remains to be seen. People do condemn folks for this sort of thing whether its right or not.

I wish him the best but wouldn’t be surprised if his initial comeback isn’t that smooth. This kind of situation takes time and fans still may not accept him. He did the right thing by apologizing, now all he can do is continue to try to come back with some good music and some positive media exposure.

zero2sixty 07/21/2009 at 7:54 AM

whether he wrote it or not i dont think is the issue. whether people on this blog buy his records or not doesn’t matter either. there will be enough people out there supporting his stuff.

The real question is; is really sorry. What he did is bad, but we all make mistakes. Especially those of us who have witnessed some of this ish. not everyone grows up a balanced rational person.

I only hope he’s sincere, but only time will tell.

im with anonymous. dont come out with the teleprompter bullshit after u did the candid with Bow Wow talking shit. that seemed more real. I woulda respected a candid interview more so he could speak from the heart instead of from what someone else wrote 4 him. I am not judging his intent tho. People make mistakes and I’m sure he let his bad side get the best of him, so he should be forgiven just like EVERYONE else in life who sins. BUT…I am judging that wack ass scripted video. 2 thumbs down!

why is no one talking about rhianna taking anger management classes and what she did to provoke this matter and how she probably put hands on this dude plenty of times too…i’m not saying chris was justified in hitteing her but she needs to share that responsibility also. i feel like everyone is letting her off and she has anger issues too.

Reply

Kmark 07/21/2009 at 10:26 AM

big Hah… because women always play the victim. Society always feel sorry for the weaker sex!

RHINOhanna needs to apologize too and get lady training.

Reply

theman 07/21/2009 at 11:19 AM

what did he say when he was with bow wow?!

Reply

Wood 07/21/2009 at 11:55 AM

Let’s put Tina Turner and other battered women in anger management classes because they provoke men to beat them until they’re unrecognizable.

Guarantee if Rihanna was any of yall’s mother, sister, cousin, or daughter you would be singing different tunes.

His job was to apologize which he’s done. But to act like she has to do him a favor, like she was the one who hurt his career, yea right. She could’ve played that victim role until he was under the jail, she didn’t. She did her part, and with the apology he’s done his.

lol @ the idiots saying “Good job, Chris”, not realizing how fake this is & how much of a PR move it is.

It took him all these months to do this? Oh wait, it’s because he’ll now be on Oprah soon, and has an album coming out in the early Fall.

Fuck outta here, faggot…

I never said Tina Turner provoked Ike. Get yo shit str8.

Not every scenario is the same. Obviously, you could not see that.

Reply

Dio 07/21/2009 at 2:39 PM

@ big hah

there’s no conclusive proof (pictures, stories, police reports) or any other evidence that proves Rihanna was ever abusive. But there’s overwhelming conclusive evidence that proves Chris Brown was.

This could’ve been avoided. I partially blame the people around them for not stepping in and regulating. Chris was too young and immature to be in such a serious relationship. He made a childish decision to get physical with her and will forever have to suffer the adult consequenses of that mistake and probably loose a good portion of his career.

People can talk shit all day about Matthew Knowles, but there’s a method to the madness and much to be admired about true, responsible, adult leadership when it comes to grooming and maintaining a superstar’s image and career.
