I gotta ride with HOV on this one. The Game is a groupie in every sense of the word. He name drops for props and tries to ride the coat tail of any other artist that is making waves at the time.

Jay is great and has good music. But he is also a contradiction. He comes out with D.O.A and talk about no melodies, but the only reason he blew up is because BIG died and he went to the radio airwaves. Going to the radio airwaves gave him instant mass appeal across the world. Do I even have to mention the names of the songs that put him on mainstream…just a few…1. Hard Knock Life – the Annie theme song was all meldoy. 2. Aint No Nigga – note he was singing on this 3. Jigga What, Jigga Who 4. Big Pimpin 5. Izzo 6. Girls Girls Girls, Big Papi….to just name a few.
Don’t get me wrong, I am a fan, but the boucing back and forth between mainstream and hard guy got to step. Embrace everone out there making music, period. You can’t sing on your shit one day then come out and talk shit about those doing it.

if the only songs you know from Jay-Z are his main stream songs….then you aren’t a Jay-z fan.He was an artist before his first CD (Reasonable Doubt) ,he ran with Jazz-o,and before that he was with another crew(I can’t think of there name) I think it was Original Flavor.what about all his mixtape music befor he became a big name.I’M a big fan because of all of this,as a matter of fact I don’t even listen to the radio hits…those are the ones I don’t really care for.
