After being found guilty of shooting and killing a 16-year-old named Steve Thomas in 2002 earlier this week, this was pretty much a formality. But despite MAJOR strings being pulled to get his 2003 conviction overturned and being released for prison it appears the rapper born Corey Miller who’s brother to one of hip-hop’s biggest moguls ever will spend the rest of his days behind bars judge Hans Liljeberg announced on Friday. Sad.

I feel what everybody is saying, if dude did it then he desereves what he gets. On the other hand, if people are convicting dude from this video its flawed. Not one time do you see anyone get hit in this footage you just see him shooting, which may have been just once. Somebody who he must been cool with was in the way if you see how things went down. Dude with the striped shirt (i think) was against the wall and security pushes him back after c-murder motioned him toward the wall. So I think it is invalid to convict him from the video
