Love the site. Have enjoyed for years. Are the pages 2 and back suppose to be formatted the way they are? closed off in mini posts. Personally I’m not crazy about that but yeah I like the new look better, clean, simple, different than other similar sites. Looks good. My partners and I operate a site with a similar concept, just more for men’s fashion, hip hop but we really concentrate on being politically engaged but yeah not here to shamelessly plug ours. Love the site and have a ton of respect for the exclusiveness. Congrats on the new look
Like the page layout on the first page but the mini post thing on every other page is far too text heavy, if your going to keep that you need some kind of image in them, or simply just display the full blog post as normal. Thats just my opinion, but i am a web designer not some kid ranting. Missed the site.
yes I agree witht he first 2 comments, not a fan of the mini text at all. All pages should look like page one, its much easier to identify a topic of interest by seeing the picture as opposed to reading the whole text.
i agree w/ Y 100% — the first page is fine (despite tiny text) but the pages afterwards are annoying, they remind me of mediafakeout, a site i dont subscribe too. you guys were great before and didn’t have to tinker w/ gold. ugh, i’ll stick around but don’t see myself going pass the 1st page. ugh (again).
i’m glad the site’s back and the design is ok, but i liked the previous one a bit better. the most need-to-fix thing is previous entries. it would be so much more comfortable to see it like the first page, with pictures etc. but the tag application is awesome.

The new site looks sleek and I think the pages load faster. A much better improvement over the old sight. love it and glad you guy are back and running.

Its ok! Everything looks like its was just threw together without any real thought.. Letters are small and some pictures are side by side so you don’t really know every individual story.

i’m feeling this layout. for those that can only check the site 1-3x/day having the mini-posts makes it easy to find the diamonds amongst the rest of the gems.

How come we cannot create our own accounts and add pics to our profile image? Just a bunch of blank faces on here. Would be nice to have some personalization capabilities.
absolutely hate it, it looks stoopid nd the text is too small. it was cool the way it was !! now its all a bit confusing !! actually it looks a lil more bland also.
Don’t like the new design. The old one with every page the same was so much better. Text is far too small and makes it difficult to read. Please change it back to the old one!! Sometimes there’s just no need to change.
