I no Lauryn is going to make a come back and I can’t wait. That’s my girl. I love her sense of style and her face is beautiful and I love her natural hair. I do not pay any attention to stupid comments because nobody’s perfect. When Lauryn comes out and explains what’s going with her life then I’ll take it serious.
To Lauryn and everyone else:
I have been a fan of Lauryn since her beinning and her music has always reached into to the depths of my soul! For some of you to critize her withdrawel from mainstream reality is simply simple. Lauryne Hill is one of the few artists out there who are trully willing to speak about the individual and communal dysfunctions which impact each of us every day.
In my opinion Lauryn has withdrawn from us because of our inability to accept her level of honesty. I hope that she does release something soon because music and I need inspiration again!
How very very sad it is to read some of these comments!!! I pray that Lauryn gets the opportunity to come back on the scene, but not in the way you would have her to. She found the love of Jesus Christ whether you choose to believe in Him or not. Her sanity doesn’t need to be delegated by a society that persecutes her when they are the same individuals who contributed to her break down (not in whole). You probably will think I’m crazy as well as she but the Word of God says in
1 Corinthians 1:25-27
25For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength.
26Brothers, think of what you were when you were called. I pray thet those that God may give the spiritual ears to hear will come into the knowledge of who The Lord is and how why repentance and the renewing of our hearts by Him is needed for eternal life to escape damnation! This life we now live is not the end folks. I pray that some of you will do your reasearch and figure out why the girl you “love” so much has been low key! She has a mixtape(not sure if it’s officially approved by her but I will find out) entitled The Re-Education of Lauryn Hill and I think many of you would find “Lose Myself” and “Guarding the Gate” to be a true testimony to the life she now lives in the love of Jesus Christ. So you can, mock but know that every knee shall bow and every tongue will proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord.
This scripture couldnot have been put any better: Matthew 16:25 “For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.”

Oh and I was simply coming to see if she was finally released from her contract and discovered this instead(hint hint……)!!!!!! Trust me, if she came back, many of you would be in search of the old Lauryn and that is not what you will find. I might speak as if I know her and follow her every move, but I certainly do not! I simply use the judgement of righteousness and not the appearnce of man, this being what God allowed the upright to do according to His will!

Lauren has been an inspiration to many. Strong, black and beautiful. Forgetting the gossips; experiences in life can make or break you. In Lauren’s case I hope it only makes her stronger, wiser and more beautiful.
Lauryn was and still is my fave artist, such a beautiful lady and amazing talent! Can’t wait till her comeback:-)
