A Bank Of America customer named Dalton Chiscolm is suing the company over claims that when he called the customer service line from New York he repeatedly had to talk to a “Spanish woman” who kept giving him wrong information. Dalton who must have soooome sense of humor wants 1,784 billion trillion dollars transferred into his bank account and an additional $200,164,000.
This is not the first crazy lawsuit for Dalton who also sued his landlord for $892 million billion dollars at the top of the year because he didn’t give him permission to enter his apartment.
We hate Bank Of America’s customer service too, but we’re gonna go out on a limb here and say dude needs some cash. Please don’t sue us!

As silly as it is-he has a point. Im tired of having to “press 1″ for English. Then when I get an operator after being on the phone for 20 min I have to request to speak to someone else cause the person that i got after I “pressed 1 for English” does not speak ENGLISH. The shit if ridiculous
