After much research on the MBTs, this shoe really stands up to its hype! I have a severe back condition that with all other running shoes always made my back ache. After Christmas shopping all day in these shoes, I had absolutely no back pain! They also help exercise your calf, butt, and thigh muscles while wearing them. Exercising while completing everyday tasks isn’t such a bad thing either! I like the athletic look of the shoe. I’ve had them now for 2 months, worn almost every day and they still look like new. Only negative – you cannot wear them in the snow or rain.
