Controversy sells better than sex, knowing how nuts people went over French Vogue’s blackface shoot the folks at V magazine has given it a try of their own. Looks pretty cool to us…but if you’re offended you know what to do…

If your offended… get over it, we were taught as children about sticks and stones, if it still affects you to this age then you need your nappy changing.

I’m not really sure what Vogue was going for or thinking on this one, but just look at the past…every time someone tries to do the “blackface” routine…it never works out like they want it too, and same for this. Thanks for the great article.

Hey there’s no need to be offended, I mean unless you feel a white woman painted in black is more beautiful than a an actual woman of color… Hey I mean what’s the big deal, we might as well do the same thing with our actors, paint over Tom Cruise and he can start doing Will Smith roles, or paint over Angelina Jolie and she can do all Taraji Hensons parts, might as well replace president Obama, with a painted Bill O’reily… makes perfect sense to me!

I honestly don’t see the issue. I think that alot of the times, they are just doing what they want. They know that hood ass people aren’t looking at these magazines. They had something to say when Naomi did the Africa shoot. Nobody is every satisfied with anything dealing with black people. I think we are our on worst critics. If you are offended write an email, and as them to explain the point of these pictures, instead of assuming.
