50 managed to sell 691,000 in the first week because of the Kanye versus 50 Cent feud (mainly a fake feud used to gain more album sales which he lost). Jay and Eminem sold those units because they are legends of the game and still maintain a good following. You guys should know of the decrease of record sales in the music industry so those two definitely have their respect and had listeners purchase their albums despite the rough times. 50 will probably manage to sell half of what he sold before or less due to the decrease in popularity he has had in the hip hop community and around the world.
I wish it was more like 0, but he has a bunch of followers that are crazy enough to support him.
I will bet he “buys” a bunch of his own cds and gives them away. Thats how a lot of these artists are boosting their own record sales.

The album is garbage but he has followers and people who love the controversy that he brings to hip hop so he will probably move 350K during his first week and I’m sure his second week sales will be disappointing to say the least. But than again, some garbage has been flying off the shelves this year while quality albums like OB4CLII have been passed over due to lack of promotion.
