A small controversy is brewing on the campus of Northwestern University after two students posted photos of themselves on Facebook in the latest trend blackface – one as a female tennis player, the other as Bob Marley wearing a Jamaica shirt. know your history….racially speaking white people wearing black face (as stated by the news reporter) was a sign of disrespect and ignorance back in the 1800 and early 1900’s (ala Menstrul shows)….if you can not see the correlation between the 2 your must be a form of an idiot.
Someone wearing “white face” as the Wayans brothers in White Chicks harbors no history related to racial incidents….and I am pretty sure the Wayans Bro’s did the White Chicks movie as a “stab” at the racial issues stemming back from the Menstrul (sp) shows of the 1900’s… Needless to say, it was a stupid act on their part and should be punishable by an ass whippin’…
