Um, maybe the child wanted her hair cut like this, after all it’s only hair. People should let their kids express themselves more.
I thik it’s cute. Look at Scary – she looks like someone who doesn’t know how to take care of a child very well. Seems like that child support check could hire a nanny that could, though. Oh well, I wish them the best.
