What’ should be obvious to the opposing player or the spectators isn’t always caught in time to avoid. 50′s strategy is a move that forces Jay into a compromising position that questions his integrity as a businessman, and his confidence as an artist.

I couldn’t agree more Chess Master. 50′s leak has created no buzz, so they decide to release this pseudo-diss record in which 50 speaks (not even raps) that Jay is a Grey Puopon Ass Nigga . . . like anybody gives a flying f*ck about what he thinks. Meanwhile his feature is him SINGING hooks in the background like Ja Rule. This garbage will be in the recycle bins of people computers just like his “Curtis” CD and all of his weak ass mixtapes.

I consider this to be lackluster and mediocre is because 50 is attempting to go at the most lyrically consistent and successful artist in the game. With that being said, a true lover of genuine hiphop like myself can only accept an “Ether” level or better quality of work when going at Jay. Nas raised the bar and anyone who steps in the ring is either gonna have to match it or surpass it. Anything less than that is just ordinary bullshit jabs that can be found on any mixtape at any given time by any ol body.

I see where you’re coming from.. but that’s a gangsta rap conundrum, does have to have actually happened recently to be worthy of a legendary 16??? I don’t think I can ride with you on that… Perfect example: Jada, one of the dopest gangsta rappers to be featured on somebody else’s track, but the shit he raps about is FAR from reality. True gangsta is BASED in SOMEBODIES reality, but the skillset on conveying the story over breakbeats is not merely confined to those that live it everyday… although I think you should have some relationship with the life you speak of, even if it was in the past. a la Nasty Nas. If we went by the “actually living it standard” we’d need a new gangsta rapper like every 90 days!!!

Now see… you took it to the extreme. Don’t think I’d go so far as to call this track “inauthentic lackluster mediocrity”… However I do agree we shouldn’t settle. This track is FAR from merely settling even if it is recycled. I would consider my gangsta rap guilty pleasure Jeezy to be settling for lyrical mediocrity (I’ll take that), but on Beans worst day, he suns most so called gangsta rappers today (lyrically)…

it’s crazy how 50 cent diss beanie on a song that beanie is on and he is so stupid not to notice it.

that statement goes to prove that 50 cent is using beanie to move his own record and the idiot beanie has no clue that he is being used as a “pawn”.
I think that Jay will answer all this after 50′s album is released and will not fall for the trap on putting a buzz for 50 cent. 50′s material is so wack that he can’t focus on making records and needs jay’s help to sell. Notice that he pushed back the album several time after it was going to be released at the same time as jay.

50 cent needs to cash in is last 50 cent in rap to survive this recession. Go away somewhere and make some meaningfull records or just shut the fuck up!!!!!!!!!
