New cellphone spyware software which is easily available online allows you to basically monitor someone’s every move using their phone without them knowing. Watch the video above where a reporter conducts a test and shows how he can sit home and receive a text message every time the person makes or receives a call , listen in on their calls without him knowing, join in the call at any time and even call the phone and when NO ONE picks up hear everything that is going on around it.

Here’s the kicker…experts are saying this is perfectly legal for your employer to do if they have provided you your phone, or if you’re married because the phone is considered communal property.  Have fun on that BlackBerry…….but the reporter in this news clip suggests the only way you can get around being tapped is to turn you phone off and remove the battery when not in use.
