Neilsen the company behind the Soundscan charts has just released their list of top selling albums and artitsts of this decade and although we weren’t surprised to see some familiar faces, we found it odd that alllll these years later the legendary rock and roll group is still fighting for the top spot!

onine six – 50 might have sold 11 mil globally but soundscan only tracks US sales. It still remains that despite his ish-talking, he hasn’t outsold Jay. Wayne had one really commercially successful album, that doesn’t exactly get you on the top of the decade list.
All the albums on this list were released before LIMEWIRE.. In this digital age no one is putting up those numbers so you cant compare them! If any of those albums were released today most wouldnt even reach1 mil….Dont compare these artists to any one selling today. THESE NUMBERS DONT MEAN THESE ARE THE BEST ARTISTS>**IT ONLY SHOWS HOW PEOPLE HAVE STOPPED BUYING ALBUMS FROM THEIR FAV ARTISTS IN THE MORE RECENT YEARS**
