i agree with Flyaah, the chest (think Eve) and upper arms (think Mary J, Keyshia Cole, etc.) are the WORST places for a woman to get a tat– you will definitely regret it one day.

Black women need to STOP with the tattoos. It’s just NOT cool anymore and when you’re pushing 45 (Mary J, Faith) it’s not cute. Imagine Aretha, Whitney and Patti Labelle walking around with a bunch of Crosses and Chinese symbols on their arms? It’s a damn shame.
