GM announced that it will shut SAAB down at the top of next year after numerous attempts to sell the Swedish car company. The closure will affect about 34oo employees worldwide and see 11oo dealerships close down shop. THAT RECESSION is no joke!

Recession aint serious. GM jus sucks. Its the only company makin serious cutbacks. SAAB is a pretty gud company too. That German is East Asian engineering is makin a killin in the car market.

People SAAB is the one who gave GM turbo engines. Saab is the one who designed the VOLT.

Saabs are awesome. Sad story. I heard the Swedish gov’t is trying to save them though, so they aren’t quite dead yet.
