We are saddened to report that actress Brittany Murphy died today from cardiac arrest at age 32. Her husband – British screenwriter Simon Monjack made the call to 911 early this morning in Los Angeles. Murphy was pronounced dead on arrival at Cedar Sinai Medical Center. The actress starred in the movies 8 Mile with Eminem and Don’t Say A Word with Michael Douglas.
Our prayers and thoughts go out to her family and friends at this difficult time.

This is just TOO sad. We all have got to start taking better care of our bodies and what we put in to them. Food…medicine…everything!!! I pray her family finds peace at this difficult time.
