Michael Jackson’s death was hands down the most significant and memorable event of 2009. I’m still in shock and disbelief.
But big ups to thelifefiles.com, because this was definitely my most visited website for 2009. And I love to keep coming back cause its one of the cleanest, better, and more diverse black blogs out here. I especially like that the content isn’t hate filled gossip.

To the the.LIFE Files,
Job well done in 2009, you guys are my fav blog. Very classy. And i like how even though you are black runned that you still include white news and you are not heavy on stupid gossip. Plus you guys dont trash anyone like mediatakeout/bossip/theybf etc. Keep up the good work and Happy New Year!
i gotta agree this was one of the strangest years. It’s MJ’s year though!
Yea, this blog often comes across to me as colorblind, and I love that. Like Ye said, when you comment on something, it’s right on point, i laughed my ass off many times reading your stuff.
And i like that people who comment on this blog, really usually have something to say (and are funny people too:P). They dont just hate for no reasons like some of the internet users.
Good job everybody, keep it classy!
i agree oh and the plane dude was amazing !
You didn’t mention the little girl that was kidnapped all those years. Life Files, I’m beginning to think you don’t care about societal issues…
No disrespect to any body who has been kidnapped, but we hear about stolen, killed, dissed(Swift), cheated on, little white girls all day every day, so please.
MJ Dying, most memorable of my life!!!
