New York chef Michael Ennes’ Broadway Community soup kitchen which is known for serving 7-course gourmet meals to in-need New Yorkers just served one of their fanciest meals ever. After receiving a 550-gram tin, $1,100 of caviar through an anonymous donor to City Harvest, the group that distributes food unused by New York restaurants – this morning the many homeless and down on their luck New Yorkers who made it over dined on cornmeal blini topped with a spoon of the Petrossian Paris caviar.
