An 80 year old Dick Clark will still host his New Years Eve special tonight on ABC along with Ryan Seacrest and with Fergie co-hosting in Las Vegas. New York City performances will come from Daughtry and Jennifer Lopez, while the Las Vegas performances will come from Black Eyed Peas, Justin Bieber, Keri Hilson, Robin Thicke, David Guetta and more.
