The University Of North Carolina Chapel Hill has been ranked by Kiplinger’s as the best public college for the money, with the school taking care of “100% of students financial needs” and the average graduate having a debt of only about $15,000.

The parties are off the chain. I rep North Carolina. Franklin Street at Halloween gets shut down every year. People come from all over the state to party there. Plus we win Championships like all of the time and it is the old stomping ground of the legendary Michael Jordan, James Worthy, Lawrence Taylor and many more…. Go figure why it’s the best.
