Jay Leno got serious last night talking about the riff between him and Conan O’Brien saying the ratings were not high enough for either of their shows and the folks from NBC offered him the 11:30PM job he only took to keep his people working. He also goes on to say that Conan is a nice guy and there’s no beef….
The NBC CEO is getting death threats!!!!!! Come on people……..

Yeah right, the death threats to one of the most powerful people around by inmature idiots sitting in front of their tvs every night have to be taken seriously. Come on Jeff Zucker……

Dont try and make it about RATINGS now. Cause from what I hear the Tonight Show helmed by Leno had not so hot ratings for THREE years before it became the number 1 show. My opinion of the matter is Jeff Z is a tool for telling the #1 rated guy that he had to bounce while he was still in the #1 slot (back in 2004)– One point for Leno. And Zucker’s also a tool for his handling of the situation at hand, but what ur forgetting to mention is that if you take yourself out of the equation then there’s no drama– Two points Z, one point Leno. The bottom line is give Conan a chance to fly or fail, it hasn’t even been a year yet and ur rumored to be the next host of the job that practically laid u off and gave u an appeasement show so you wouldn’t become a competitor. Now if I were in ur shoes I wouldn’t trust NBC (fool me once…) but I guess that when ur thinking with ur pride n ego then the job security of ur staff is safe with the people who snaked u to begin with as opposed to moving on to the next one at FOX or ABC…..smdh.
